We have made our terms as fair as possible, removing unnecessary or onerous terms.
Main points to note from our sales contract:
- We do not ask for sole selling rights and we do not charge commission where there is no sale on a ready, willing and able to buy basis.
- We do not demand a minimum contract period and our notice period to terminate is 21 days.
- Our sales commission is not due until the earlier of completion or 4 months after exchange.
- We do not charge you extra for marketing and advertising (unless exceptional expenditure is agreed with you in writing in advance).
- We do not levy lots of extra charges for minor items.
- We remunerate sub-agents out of our own commission at no further cost to you.
